Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery charges vary according to the item being purchased and the delivery destination.
You can obtain a quote on delivery by adding the items to the cart and entering your address.

We deliver within Australia, however there are certain postcodes we don’t deliver to. Please refer to the item’s description for further details.
It will indicate on the item page how long before an item will take to be shipped out.

No, our items can only be delivered to a physical address.

The Majority of our items will dispatch on the next working day. However certain items can take longer such as special orders and Back Orders.
Once your order has dispatched you will be provided with a tracking link. Tracking usually Provides an ETA (Estimated Arrival Date) for your reference.
We also provide an estimate on the product page and in checkout. This should only be used as a guide and is not a guaranteed arrival timeframe.
​The delivery time varies depending on the item, the size and weight of the packages and the distance of delivery from the dispatch warehouse.
​It usually takes somewhere between 1 and 10  working days for delivery to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, Approximately 7 – 14 working  days for WA, NT, TAS

A Special Order is when you place an order for an item that is not available in stock. The estimated time frame for when the item is expected to arrive or be available will vary depending on the product and manufacturer/ supplier. Generally, you can expect it to take anywhere from a few days to several weeks for special order items to arrive. See the Product Description for lead time estimates.

Pickup is available on a small selection of products from our Marrickville NSW Warehouse. Only Items listed with the red ‘click and collect’ icon are available for collection. We’ve also got pickup Locations in Melbourne and Brisbane for selected items only (see item description for details)

We are an online based store and do not have any physical showroom.
We accept: All major credit / Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, ZipPay and AfterPay
Once your order has been shipped out. You will be emailed a tracking number along with the carriers contact information. You will be able to track the delivery on the carriers website.
If you have tried your tracking number on the Couriers website and have no result or an error message is being displayed then we suggest you try again several hours later as there may be a delay with updating on the system. You may also contact the courier company directly as they can provide you more information.
We strive to dispatch available items promptly upon your order. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress. Carriers usually offer an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), though please note these dates are approximate, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival within their specified window.
Should your order not arrive within the anticipated timeframe, we kindly suggest checking with the carrier first for an update on the delivery status. Simultaneously, please inform us so we can escalate the matter to the carrier for investigation.  “Delivery Follow Up Form
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or provide a refund until the carrier concludes their investigation and declares the goods as lost.
Your patience during this investigative period is appreciated, as we understand waiting for resolution can be frustrating. Please allow adequate time for the carrier to locate your goods or provide an update, as this process cannot be expedited on our end.
Delays might arise due to various factors such as peak seasons (like the holiday rush), weather-related issues, natural disasters, or additional processing needed for larger items like furniture. 
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
You can cancel your order. However If an order has already been shipped/ dispatched then unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order.
​A 10 % Restocking fee will apply to cancelled orders in which will be deducted from your refund.
If you have ordered multiple items than it is possible you will receive multiple deliveries as items may have been dispatched at different times and from different warehouse locations across the country.
If this is the case you may have been emailed seperate tracking numbers.

Please go to “Returns & Warranty” Page and submit the relevant form. Customer service will review and reach out to you with a solution.

Unless you have opted for our premium delivery service. The Standard delivery option is a one man door to door delivery service . With this service, If you live in a multi level apartment building, the courier will only be able to deliver your order to the ground level.
No, Deliveries are only available on Weekdays during business hours.
No, All deliveries are during standard business hours.
Check your mailbox as the driver may have left a calling card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery. This can usually be done via the carriers website or via their phone support number. If an item has been sent with Australia Post than it may have been redirected to your nearest post office for collection. To avoid missed deliveries we highly suggest you Monitor the status of your delivery on the Couriers website where an ETA – estimated time of arrival date will be listed. If your not sure, you may also contact the courier company directly for assistance regarding your delivery

Any delivery estimates (ETA) are normally provided by the carriers. Some items may be delayed due to the additional handling requirements required, usually for items such as heavy / Bulky goods or Fragile goods.  Occasionally, delivery’s may be delayed due to a number of reasons beyond our control, this includes delays during peak times of the year (Christmas. Easter), and in some cases delays due to extreme weather conditions such as floods could delay your delivery. Please reach out to the carrier and they should be able to assist with a more accurate ETA.  You can lodge a query through the carriers online track and trace system. We also advise you complete this form “Delivery Follow Up” that way we can follow things up on our end.

Current Delivery disruptions: ​

Yes, all items unless indicated include a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers manufacture defects/ faults. It is important to understand that Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, any damage caused with improper use including incorrect installation, damages caused to an item / parts whilst installing an item are not covered by warranty.

Almost all our range is flat packed. Meaning that assembly is required. It will indicate in the product details page or description if an item is assembled. Otherwise it will be flat packed. Flat packs usually come with an Allen key supplied if needed. However Flat pack furniture most commonly requires basic house hold tools such as a Phillips head screwdriver , hammer and possibly a spanner that are not supplied.
Flat Pack furniture comes with a step by step assembly guide. If your unable to do it yourself than We suggest hiring a local handyman. Contact Us and we’ll help you connect with one.

Stock is replenished often however Occasionally our items do sell out especially in peak times of the year. Once available again they will be re listed online.
Some items will be made available for Pre-Order. Please see the item page for a Pre-order purchase option if available.

Our System automatically cancels/ refunds & rejects orders for a number of reasons. There may have been an issue with the payment , the address supplied or an issue with the availability of an item/s in your order.
If we refund you because an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Yes, all our advertised prices are inclusive of GST. All prices are listed in Australian Dollar (AUD)
A copy of your Tax invoice will be emailed to you once you have placed your order.
You can also download a copy of your Invoice from the order history page.
